Connect Luma to Langdock to manage events, guests, and calendars from your conversations

Overview

Luma is an event management and calendar platform. Once connected, you can use Langdock to create and manage events, handle guest lists, send invites, and manage tickets directly from your conversations.

Prerequisites

• A Luma account with an active calendar

Setup

1. Get your API key from Luma

   Find your API key in Luma’s API settings.

2. Navigate to Integrations in Langdock

   Go to Integrations and find Luma in the list.

3. Enter your API key

   Paste the API key and save.

4. Start using Luma in Langdock

   Tag the integration with @ in any agent to start managing your events and guests.

Create, update, and list events on your Luma calendar

Add guests, update their status, send invites, and view attendee lists

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Authentication failed	Verify the API key in Luma Settings → API
Event not found	Use the list events action to find the correct event ID
