Langdock offers three products, each with its own pricing model:

Chat & Agents

The core platform for AI-powered conversations and custom agents. Priced per seat with volume discounts.

Workflows

Automation add-on for building multi-step AI processes. Priced by monthly workflow runs.

API

Programmatic access to AI models. Usage-based pricing per token.

Chat & Agents

Chat & Agents usage in Langdock uses seat-based pricing. Each user with Chat & Agents access counts as one seat.

AI Models: Included vs. BYOK

You can choose how AI model costs are handled:
BYOK gives you full control over model costs and access to models not available through Langdock’s included pool.

Subscriptions

Langdock offers two subscriptions, sized to fit organizations of different scale:

Business and Business Max

Within the Business subscription, admins can assign users to one of two plans: Business Max has a higher per-seat price. Admins assign plans per user based on their usage needs. See Plans for details.

Extra Usage

Workspaces with AI Models Included can enable extra usage, allowing users to keep using all models after reaching their included limits with usage-based pricing. See Extra Usage for details.

Volume Discounts

Pricing for Business seats decreases as your team grows. Discounts are applied in tiers:
  • First 50 seats — Base rate
  • Seats 51–250 — First discount tier
  • Seats 251–550 — Second discount tier
  • Seats 551+ — Highest discount tier
Annual billing provides an additional 20% discount.

Workflows

Workflows is an add-on to Chat & Agents, priced by the number of workflow runs per month. All plans include unlimited workflow steps and users.
Workflows AI usage is not included in seat pricing. When workflows use AI models (Agent nodes, etc.), the token costs are usage-based—even if you have “AI Models included” for Chat & Agents.

API

API access uses usage-based pricing calculated per token. Rates vary by model and match model provider prices directly.

Enterprise

For organizations with 1,000+ users, enterprise plans include:
  • Dedicated deployment — On-premise or private cloud options. Requires a minimum of 5,000 users.
  • Custom support — Dedicated account management and SLAs
  • Custom onboarding — Tailored rollout with training and workshops
