Highlight Agents

Feature specific agents at the top of the agent library using highlight colors to guide users.

Agent management features are available to workspace administrators.

Highlighting lets you feature specific agents prominently in the workspace. Highlighted agents appear at the top of the agent library, making them more visible to users.

What Highlighting Does

• Featured placement at the top of the agent library
• Visual distinction with a colored highlight
• Increased visibility for important or recommended agents
• Helps guide users toward the most useful agents for common tasks

Highlight Colors

You can choose from several highlight colors to categorize or distinguish your featured agents:

Color	Suggested Use
Blue	General purpose or productivity agents
Green	Approved or recommended agents
Yellow	New or recently updated agents
Purple	Specialized or advanced agents
Red	Important notices or priority agents

Establish a color coding system for your workspace and communicate it to users. For example, green highlights could indicate “company-approved” agents while yellow highlights mark “new this month.”

How to Highlight an Agent

1. Go to Workspace Settings → Agents
2. Find the agent and click the ⋮ menu
3. Select Highlight and choose a color

To remove the highlight, click the menu and select Remove highlight.
