Connect Ashby to Langdock to manage your recruiting pipeline directly from your conversations

Overview

Ashby is an all-in-one recruiting platform. Once connected, you can use Langdock to search candidates, manage applications, track interview stages, and submit feedback directly from your conversations.

Prerequisites

• An Ashby account with admin or API access
• Permission to generate API keys in your Ashby organization

Setup

1. Generate an API key in Ashby

   Follow Ashby’s API documentation to generate an API key. The key is only shown once, so copy it immediately.

2. Navigate to Integrations in Langdock

   Go to Integrations and find Ashby in the list.

3. Enter your API key

   Paste the API key into the configuration field and save.

4. Start using Ashby in Langdock

   Tag the integration with @ in any agent to start working with your recruiting data.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Authentication failed	Verify the API key is correct and hasn’t been revoked in Ashby settings
Permission denied	Ensure the API key has the required permissions for the operations you’re trying to perform
Data not found	Confirm the application or candidate ID is correct using a search action first
